Latin American Spanish voice-over, one voice or one country.
Latin America is many markets. A neutral voice can reach most of them, and a local one makes a film feel made for one. We cast both, and help you choose.
Voice profiles we cast
We cast real voice talent for the profiles below.
Neutral
A voice without strong regional markers, written to be understood in many countries at once.
Mexico
The largest Spanish-speaking market, with its own rhythm and vocabulary.
Argentina and Uruguay
The Rioplatense voice, with voseo and its own intonation.
Colombia, Chile, Peru
Local voices for campaigns aimed at those countries.
Caribbean
Voices for audiences in the Caribbean, with the rhythm of the region.
What we adapt
Choose neutral to reach many, or local to feel local.
- 01
Ustedes
Latin America uses ustedes for the informal plural, never vosotros, and the script follows it.
- 02
Voseo
Argentina and some other countries say vos. A neutral version avoids it, and a local version writes it.
- 03
Words that change country by country
A bus, a car or a cell phone has a different name in different countries. A neutral script chooses words that travel, and a local one chooses the local word.
- 04
Decimal point
Mexico and several other countries write decimals with a point, others with a comma. The picture follows each market.
